As outlined in my proposal, I wanted to visit the Leeds Museum and Tropical World to build up a strong source of primary research to sketch from and develop my ideas with flora and fauna. Covid-19 has now nipped these plans in the bud as it becomes an increasing concern across the world and these facilities are due to close immediately.
This is creating further barriers to a brief I am absolutely not enjoying and finding hard to tackle because of my growing disinterest in the subject matter. The thought of illustrating full page spreads is not particularly filling me with glee at the moment and I'm really struggling with my mental health. :(
